I'll Tell You How A "Math Guy" Who's Never Written A Book Before Was Able To Publish His Very Own Secure Ebook Using IMC's Ebook Pro!

Let me ask you... are you at the point now where you're READY to start making money online but you don't know WHAT to sell or HOW to sell it?

Then, I found a way to compile it into an ebook, upload it, and to my AMAZEMENT, I'm now earning several hundreds of dollars a month selling it online to the masses.

I never knew that selling ebooks online could be this easy, BUT, it's not quite as simple as IMC makes it out to be.  I'll tell you all about Ebook Pro and it's advantages and disadvantages in the following review.

Ebook Pro Overview:

Ok, let's start with an overview of Ebook Pro and what the software actually does.

Basically, Ebook Pro is a secure ebook compiler that can store all your ebooks and deliver then safely and securely to customers without the hassles of shipping physical books or DVD's.  This means that you can keep 100% of the profits!  No publishing or shipping fees to worry about.

How it works:  Say a customer goes to your website and reads your sales pitch about your ebook, and then decides to buy it.  All he or she has to do is click on the "buy now" button on your site where they will be taken to Paypal's secure server to complete the purchase.  Once the transaction is complete, an email with download links and instructions is sent to the buyer automatically.  Here, the customer downloads the ebook software, enters a unique username and password, fills out the registration information, and then opens the ebook.  All in just a few easy steps!

Now the customer is free to open the book and read it online whenever they want.

Ok, say your customer is not satisfied with the ebook and asks for a refund.  No Problem!
All you have to do is open up the ebook pro client tools, find this user's profile and click "disable" and their ebook has been locked and they no longer have access to it!

It doesn't get any better than that!

So, that's a basic overview of Ebook Pro.  Now, let's look at the Good and the not so Good.


The Good:


1)  Security - Obviously this has to be the best part about Ebook Pro.  If you use this software, it's almost impossible for anyone to steal your ebook.  Now, how do people usually steal ebooks?  Well, most people typically use PDF software for their ebooks.
This is a horrible idea because it's easy for someone to share it with friends or file sharing sites once they've acquired the book.  Even if you use security features, it's still easy to pass around copies of PDF documents freely.

With Ebook Pro, each customer is assigned a unique username and password and must register their book after purchase before opening it.  You can also limit the number of registrations each customer has.  Basically this means that you can limit the number of computers a customer can use to open their ebook.  So, because of this, nobody can share the ebook because any person who receives it would have to have the username and password.  Wait... what if someone sends them a password? Well, remember the number of registrations with each password is limited so that won't work either!!

You can also prevent your customers from printing your ebook if you choose.  Copying and pasting is disabled and screenshots of ebooks can't be taken which provides even MORE security.

Now, I do realize there are bad guys all over the world who are VERY good at hacking into computers and they can do just about anything.  After all, Twitter, Ebay and several other BIG companies were compromised at one time.  I get that!  But, Ebook Pro makes it all the more difficult for anyone to steal your ebook.  It's that added security that gives me peace of mind.

2)  User Friendliness - Another benefit to using ebook pro is that it's SO user friendly. Once I finished my book, it was a piece of cake compiling it and uploading it to Ebook Pro's servers.  It's all done with the click of a button.  It also comes with a great "help topics" tool that has all the steps required to create your ebook, neatly written and organized.

3)  Ebook Templates - What's really COOL are the templates provided in Ebook Pro.  I really wasn't expecting anything great from them but once I saw all the different themes and colors, I was VERY impressed.  Having ebook templates allows your book to look more polished and professional.  I chose a theme with burgundy colors and put an image of my ebook cover on the front.  Looks great!

4)  Support - Just like all of IMC's products, the support for Ebook Pro is great.  Whenever I had any problems setting up my ebook, I was easily able to reach a support agent via email with answers to my questions the same day!  Not bad at all!  They also have a phone number so you can speak with a LIVE human if needed.

5)  Product and Payment Setup -  This was another great feature that came with Ebook Pro.  What's really convenient is that Ebook Pro is already FULLY compatible with Paypal. This means that setting up your product and linking it with Paypal is even easier.  And if you use Bebiz for your website, you can actually link ALL THREE together for a completely smooth and pain free product delivery process.  There is also a custom "thank you" email already written up with download links the customer will receive automatically after payment.  It's very comprehensive and I've never had a customer email me in confusion after buying one of my ebooks.

6)  Mac Compatibility and Additional Software:  Ok, If you've read any other dated "reviews" promoting Ebook Pro, you may have seen them mention that Ebook Pro is NOT mac compatible and customers will have to install additional software to view their ebooks.  Let me tell you that this is NO LONGER the case!  The latest version of Ebook Pro has eliminated both of these issues and can now create both Windows and Mac compatible ebooks.  And there is NO additional software that has to be downloaded in order to view the ebooks.  Props to IMC for getting rid of these obstacles!

7)  Overall Appearance - As I mentioned before, I LOVE the appearance of my ebook and if you use Ebook Pro, your customers will love it as well.
